Al has served the South Florida Business Community for over 20 years and has served on the Executive Board of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Broward County Government Diversity Advisory Council, the City of Pembroke Pines Economic Development Board, Sister Cities International Ft. Lauderdale Board, as Executive Director of the Broward County Florida Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director of the Lauderhill Regional Chamber, Board Member World Trade Center Ft. Lauderdale, Board Member Florida Foreign Trade Association.

Managed and produced world class business events including International Business Expos, Trade Missions, Fashion Shows and International Conferences for alternative energy initiatives, bio-fuels, government, nonprofit organizations and privately held multi-national corporations in several countries.
